You will meet with your local English-speaking guide and start your walking tour to unknown and charming sites of Venice.

 

You will taste the pleasure of venturing through Calli and Campielli, away from the beaten paths, where time seems to have stopped centuries ago.

 

The guide will introduce you to some of this few existing old “osterie” (local bar), which in Venice from early 19th century have been known as “Bacari”.

 

“Bacaro”, with its long wooden table and handmade wooden chairs, is a relaxing and entertaining place to enjoy yourself and have a good gossip with friends.

 

You will enjoy a glass of sparkling prosecco or an excellent red wine and a taste of few “cichetti” (light Venetian style appetizer): baccala’ with polenta (cod with corn), sarde in saor (Venetian made sardines) or roast cuttlefish, boiled eggs and excellent cheeses, and much more!

At the end of the tour, a private gondola will wait for you for your ride in the Venetian canals!
