The cooking class is held in a villa built in the 1200s by the Medici family as a hunting lodge. The villa is located at just a few minutes from Florence. The estate comprises of a private forest, vineyards and olive groves.  Here, in a very quiet and private ambiance, you will find antiques, frescoes, a beautiful loggia looking onto a breathtaking renaissance garden, outdoor dining, and romantic walks.

During the preparation of your meal, there will be hands-on instructions given throughout the day by professional Italian Chefs.
